But Ittai answered the king, “As the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, most certainly wherever my lord the king may be, whether for death or life, there will your servant be also.”

And Ittai answered the king, and said, As the Lord liveth, and as my lord the king liveth, surely in what place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also will thy servant be.

But Ittai answered, “As God lives and my master the king lives, where my master is, that’s where I’ll be—whether it means life or death.”

But Ittai answered the king and said, “As the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, surely wherever my lord the king may be, whether for death or for life, there also your servant will be.”

But Ittai replied to the king, “You are my king and master. I want to be where you are. It doesn’t matter whether I live or die. And that’s just as sure as the Lord and you are alive.”

But Ittai replied to the king, “As surely as the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king may be, whether it means life or death, there will your servant be.”

But Ittai said to the king, “I vow by the Lord and by your own life that I will go wherever my lord the king goes, no matter what happens—whether it means life or death.”

وَلَكِنَّ إِتَّايَ أَجَابَ الْمَلِكَ: «حَيٌّ هُوَ الرَّبُّ وَحَيٌّ هُوَ سَيِّدِي الْمَلِكُ، أَنَّهُ حَيْثُمَا يَتَوَجَّهُ سَيِّدِي الْمَلِكُ، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ لِلْحَيَاةِ أَمْ لِلْمَوْتِ، يَتَوَجَّهُ عَبْدُكَ أَيْضاً».

Men Ittaj svarede: „Jeg sværger ved den levende Gud, at vi vil følge med dig, uanset hvad der sker—også selv om det kan betyde døden for os!”

Doch Ittai entgegnete: »So wahr der Herr lebt und so wahr du lebst: Ich werde dich, meinen König, niemals im Stich lassen, und wenn es mich das Leben kostet! Das schwöre ich dir!«

Pero Itay le respondió al rey:―¡Tan cierto como que el Señor y mi rey viven, juro que, para vida o para muerte, iré adondequiera que mi rey vaya!

Mais Ittaï répondit au roi : Aussi vrai que l’Eternel est vivant et que mon seigneur le roi est vivant, ton serviteur restera avec mon seigneur le roi partout où il ira, soit pour mourir, soit pour vivre.

Pero nagsabat si Itai sa hari, “Nagasumpa ako sa buhi nga Ginoo kag sa imo, Mahal nga Hari, nga maupod kami sa imo bisan diin ka makadto, bisan kamatayon pa ang amon dangatan.”

그러나 잇대는 이렇게 대답하였다. “내가살아계신여호와앞에서목숨 을 걸고 맹세하지만 죽든지 살든지 왕 이 가시는 곳이라면 어디든지 따라가 겠습니다.”

Maar Ittai antwoordde: ‘Ik zweer bij God en bij uw eigen leven dat ik zal gaan waar u gaat, wat er ook mag gebeuren, of dat nu dood of leven betekent.’

Itai, contudo, respondeu ao rei: “Juro pelo nome do Senhor e por tua vida que onde quer que o rei, meu senhor, esteja, ali estará o seu servo, para viver ou para morrer!”

Itai retorquiu: “Tão certo como vive o Senhor e pela tua própria vida, que irei para onde quer que vás, aconteça o que acontecer, quer isso represente a vida ou a morte.”

– Viu este Domnul, i-a răspuns Itai, şi viu este stăpânul meu, regele, că acolo unde se va afla stăpânul meu, regele, fie că va însemna moarte, fie viaţă, acolo se va afla şi slujitorul tău.

Ittaj svarade: ”Så sant Herren lever och du själv, min herre och konung, lever, jag tänker gå med dig vart du än går och vad som än händer, om det så gäller liv eller död!”

แต่อิททัยกราบทูลว่า “องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงพระชนม์อยู่และฝ่าพระบาททรงดำรงพระชนม์ชีพอยู่แน่ฉันใด ไม่ว่าฝ่าพระบาทประทับอยู่ที่ไหน และไม่ว่าข้าพระบาทจะต้องเสี่ยงเป็นเสี่ยงตายประการใด ข้าพระบาทขออยู่กับฝ่าพระบาทฉันนั้น”

以太却答道：“我凭永活的耶和华和我主我王的性命起誓，不管我王去哪里，仆人都要誓死追随到底！”

以 太 对 王 说 ： 我 指 着 永 生 的 耶 和 华 起 誓 ， 又 敢 在 王 面 前 起 誓 ： 无 论 生 死 ， 王 在 哪 里 ， 仆 人 也 必 在 那 里 。

以太卻答道：「我憑永活的耶和華和我主我王的性命起誓，不管我王去哪裡，僕人都要誓死追隨到底！」
