2 Kings 3:8

Jehoram said, “Which way shall we go up?” Jehoshaphat answered, “The way through the Wilderness of Edom.”

And he said, Which way shall we go up? And he answered, The way through the wilderness of Edom.

He said, “Which way shall we go up?” And he [b]answered, “The way of the wilderness of Edom.”

“What road should we take to attack Moab?” Joram asked.“The one that goes through the Desert of Edom,” Jehoshaphat answered.

“By what route shall we attack?” he asked.“Through the Desert of Edom,” he answered.

‘By what route shall we attack?’ he asked.‘Through the Desert of Edom,’ he answered.

Then Jehoshaphat asked, “What route will we take?”“We will attack from the wilderness of Edom,” Joram replied.

فَسَأَلَهُ: «أَيَّ طَرِيقٍ نَتَّخِذُ؟» فَأَجَابَهُ يَهُوشَافَاطُ: «طَرِيقَ صَحْرَاءِ أَدُومَ».

Fortæl mig, hvilke angrebsplaner du har.”„Jeg har tænkt mig at angribe sydfra, fra Edoms ørken,” svarede Joram.
