2 Kings 23:2

The king went up to the house of the Lord, and with him all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests, the prophets, and all the people, both small and great; and he read in their hearing all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house (temple) of the Lord.

وَتَوَجَّهَ مَعَهُمْ إِلَى هَيْكَلِ الرَّبِّ، يُرَافِقُهُ جَمِيعُ شُيُوخِ يَهُوذَا وَكُلُّ سُكَّانِ أُورُشَلِيمَ وَالْكَهَنَةُ وَالأَنْبِيَاءُ وَجَمِيعُ أَبْنَاءِ الشَّعْبِ مِنْ صِغَارٍ وَكِبَارٍ، فَقَرَأَ فِي مَسَامِعِهِمْ كُلَّ كَلامِ سِفْرِ الشَّرِيعَةِ الَّذِي تَمَّ الْعُثُورُ عَلَيْهِ فِي بَيْتِ الرَّبِّ.

alle præsterne, profeterne og resten af folket, kendte såvel som ukendte, til et stort møde på tempelpladsen. Han bekendtgjorde, at pagtens bog var blevet fundet i templet, og befalede, at der skulle læses op fra den.

Puis il monta au temple de l’Eternel accompagné de toute la population de Juda et de tous les habitants de Jérusalem, des prêtres, des prophètes et de tous les gens du peuple, quelle que fût leur condition sociale. Devant tous, il lut tout ce qui était écrit dans le livre de l’alliance que l’on avait retrouvé dans le temple de l’Eternel.

Alle priesters, profeten en andere mensen, van groot tot klein, verzamelden zich bij de tempel. Daar liet de koning het boek van het verbond dat in de tempel was gevonden, voorlezen.

Han gick upp till Herrens hus, tillsammans med alla män i Juda, alla invånarna i Jerusalem, präster och profeter och allt folk, både små och stora. Han läste för dem allt som stod i förbundsboken som upptäckts i Herrens hus.
