For the Israelites walked in all the [idolatrous] sins which Jeroboam committed; they did not turn from them

For the children of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam which he did; they departed not from them;

The sons of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam which he did; they did not depart from them

The Israelites were stubborn. They continued to commit all the sins Jeroboam had committed. They didn’t turn away from them.

The Israelites persisted in all the sins of Jeroboam and did not turn away from them

وَلَمْ يَعْدِلِ الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ عَنِ ارْتِكَابِ جَمِيعِ خَطَايَا يَرُبْعَامَ بَلْ أَمْعَنُوا فِي اقْتِرَافِهَا

Og Israels folk fortsatte derefter ad den vej, Jeroboam havde ledt dem ind på,
