2 Kings 17:21

When He had torn Israel from the [royal] house of David, they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king. And Jeroboam drove Israel away from following the Lord and made them commit a great sin.

لأَنَّهُ شَقَّ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ بَيْتِ دَاوُدَ، فَتَوَّجُوا يَرُبْعَامَ بْنَ نَبَاطَ مَلِكاً عَلَيْهِمْ، فَأَضَلَّ يَرُبْعَامُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ طَرِيقِ الرَّبِّ وَاسْتَغْوَاهُمْ فَأَخْطَأُوا بِحَقِّ الرَّبِّ خَطِيئَةً عَظِيمَةً.
