King Uzziah was a leper to the day of his death; and, being a leper, he lived in a separate house, for he was excluded from the house of the Lord. And his son Jotham took charge of the king’s household, judging and governing the people of the land.

Resten af sine dage levede kongen i et hus for sig selv med sin spedalskhed—frataget sine pligter og afskåret fra at gå ind på templets område. Hans søn Jotam overtog derfor regeringsmagten og ledelsen af paladset.

König Usija blieb bis zu seinem Tod aussätzig. Wegen seiner Krankheit musste er für den Rest seines Lebens in einem abgesonderten Haus wohnen, er durfte auch nie mehr den Tempel des Herrn betreten. Die Regierungsgeschäfte und die Aufsicht über den Palast übergab man seinem Sohn Jotam.

Le roi Ozias resta affecté de cette maladie jusqu’au jour de sa mort et vécut dans une maison d’isolement comme impur, tenu à l’écart du temple de l’Eternel. Son fils Yotam avait la charge du palais royal et gouvernait le peuple du pays.

이리하여 웃시야왕은 그가 죽는 날까지 문둥병자가 되어 다시는 성전에 들어가지 못하고 별궁에서 혼자 격리 생활을 하였다. 그래서 그의 아들 요담이 왕궁을 관리하고 나라 일을 맡아 다스렸다.

Koning Uzzia bleef tot zijn dood melaats en leefde in afzondering, totaal geïsoleerd van zijn volk en van de tempel. Zijn zoon Jotham werd regent en regelde alle koninklijke aangelegenheden en het bestuur van het land.

O rei Uzias sofreu de lepra até o dia em que morreu. Durante todo esse tempo morou numa casa separada[d], leproso e excluído do templo do Senhor. Seu filho Jotão tomava conta do palácio e governava o povo.

Uzias ficou leproso até morrer e foi obrigado a viver isolado, numa casa à parte, excluído do contacto com as pessoas e com o templo. O seu filho Jotão tornou-se regente, gerindo os assuntos da governação do reino e atendendo aos problemas do povo.

Kung Ussia förblev spetälsk ända till sin död. Han bodde i ett hus för sig själv och var utestängd från Herrens hus. Hans son Jotam styrde då över kungapalatset och folket i landet.

กษัตริย์อุสซียาห์ทรงเป็นโรคเรื้อนจนสิ้นพระชนม์ และประทับแยกอยู่ในพระตำหนักต่างหาก[d] ถูกตัดขาดจากพระวิหารขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า โยธามราชโอรสของพระองค์ทรงดูแลพระราชวังและปกครองประชาชนในแผ่นดินนั้น
