He did right in the sight of the Lord, yet not wholeheartedly.

وَصَنَعَ مَا هُوَ قَوِيمٌ فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ دَائِماً بِقَلْبٍ مُخْلِصٍ.

Han gjorde, hvad der var ret i Herrens øjne, men ikke helhjertet.

Amazja tat, was dem Herrn gefiel, aber er diente ihm nicht von ganzem Herzen.
