1 Samuel 29:8

David said to Achish, “But what have I done? What have you found in your servant from the day when I [first] came before you to this day, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

And David said unto Achish, But what have I done? and what hast thou found in thy servant so long as I have been with thee unto this day, that I may not go fight against the enemies of my lord the king?

“But what have I done?” said David. “Have you had a single cause for complaint from the day I joined up with you until now? Why can’t I fight against the enemies of my master the king?” 9-10 “I agree,” said Achish. “You’re a good man—as far as I’m concerned, God’s angel! But the Philistine officers were emphatic: ‘He’s not to go with us into battle.’ So get an early start, you and the men who came with you. As soon as you have light enough to travel, go.”

David said to Achish, “But what have I done? And what have you found in your servant from the day when I came before you to this day, that I may not go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

“But what have I done?” asked David. “What have you found against me from the day I came to you until now? Why can’t I go and fight against your enemies? After all, you are my king and master.”

“But what have I done?” asked David. “What have you found against your servant from the day I came to you until now? Why can’t I go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”

‘But what have I done?’ asked David. ‘What have you found against your servant from the day I came to you until now? Why can’t I go and fight against the enemies of my lord the king?’

“What have I done to deserve this treatment?” David demanded. “What have you ever found in your servant, that I can’t go and fight the enemies of my lord the king?”

فَقَالَ دَاوُدُ: «مَاذَا جَنَيْتُ، وَأَيُّ عِلَّةٍ وَجَدْتَ فِي عَبْدِكَ مُنْذُ أَنْ مَثُلْتُ أَمَامَكَ إِلَى الْيَوْمِ حَتَّى لَا أَشْتَرِكَ فِي مُحَارَبَةِ أَعْدَاءِ سَيِّدِي الْمَلِكِ؟»

„Jamen, hvad har jeg gjort?” udbrød David. „Har jeg ikke altid været loyal over for dig? Hvorfor må jeg ikke få lov til at kæmpe mod min herres fjender?”

»Womit habe ich das verdient?«, wollte David wissen. »Hast du je etwas an mir auszusetzen gehabt, seit ich in deinen Diensten stehe? Warum darf ich nicht mit in die Schlacht ziehen und gegen die Feinde meines Herrn und Königs kämpfen?«

―Pero ¿qué es lo que he hecho? —reclamó David—. ¿Qué has visto en tu siervo desde el día en que entré a tu servicio hasta hoy? ¿Por qué no me permites luchar contra los enemigos de mi señor y rey?

—Pero ¿qué es lo que he hecho? —reclamó David—. ¿Qué falla ha visto Su Majestad en este servidor suyo desde el día en que entré a su servicio hasta hoy? ¿Por qué no me permiten luchar contra los enemigos de mi señor y rey?

David lui dit : Mais qu’ai-je donc fait pour que je ne puisse pas aller combattre les ennemis de mon seigneur le roi ? Qu’as-tu trouvé à reprocher à ton serviteur depuis le jour où je me suis mis à ton service jusqu’à maintenant ?

Pero nagpamangkot si David, “Ano bala ang sala nga nahimo ko halin sang pag-upod ko sa imo hasta subong, Mahal nga Hari? Ngaa indi ako makaupod sa pagpakig-away kontra sa imo mga kaaway?”

“내가 무엇을 하였기에 이런 대접을 받아야 합니까? 왕의 말씀대로 내가 왕을 섬기기 시작한 날부터 왕이 나의 흠을 찾지 못했다면 어째서 내가 왕과 함께 가서 왕의 원수들과 싸울 수 없습니까?”

‘Waarom word ik op deze manier behandeld?’ wilde David weten. ‘Waarom mag ik niet tegen uw vijanden vechten?’

Davi perguntou: “O que foi que eu fiz? O que descobriste contra teu servo, desde o dia em que cheguei? Por que não posso ir lutar contra os inimigos do rei, meu senhor?”

“Que fizemos nós para merecer este tratamento?”, perguntou David. “Porque não posso combater os inimigos do rei, meu senhor?”

Însă David i-a răspuns lui Achiş:– Dar, ce am făcut? Ce rău ai găsit la slujitorul tău, începând din ziua în care am intrat în slujba ta şi până astăzi, de nu pot să merg să lupt împotriva duşmanilor stăpânului meu, regele?

”Vad har jag gjort?” frågade David. ”Har du under hela den tid jag varit hos dig funnit något att klandra mig, din tjänare, för? Varför får jag inte strida mot dina fiender, min herre och konung?”

ดาวิดทูลว่า “ข้าพระบาททำอะไรหรือ? นับแต่วันที่ข้าพระบาทมาเข้าเฝ้าฝ่าพระบาทจนบัดนี้ ฝ่าพระบาททรงพบสิ่งใดไม่ดีในตัวข้าพระบาทหรือ? ทำไมข้าพระบาทออกไปสู้รบกับศัตรูของฝ่าพระบาทไม่ได้?”

大卫说：“我究竟做错了什么？自从仆人投奔你以来，你发现仆人有什么过错？为什么不让我为我主我王杀敌呢？”

大 卫 对 亚 吉 说 ： 我 做 了 甚 麽 呢 ？ 自 从 仆 人 到 你 面 前 ， 直 到 今 日 ， 你 查 出 我 有 甚 麽 过 错 ， 使 我 不 去 攻 击 主 ─ 我 王 的 仇 敌 呢 ？

大衛說：「我究竟做錯了什麼？自從僕人投奔你以來，你發現僕人有什麼過錯？為什麼不讓我為我主我王殺敵呢？」
