1 Samuel 28:17

The Lord has done [to you] just as He said through me [when I was with you]; for the Lord has torn the kingdom out of your hand and given it to your neighbor, to David.

وَقَدْ حَقَّقَ الرَّبُّ مَا وَعَدَ بِهِ عَلَى لِسَانِي، فَانْتَزَعَ مِنْكَ الْمُلْكَ وَأَعْطَاهُ لِقَرِيبِكَ دَاوُدَ.

Det er jo hans eget ord, som jeg selv har profeteret for dig, der nu går i opfyldelse: Han vil rive kongedømmet fra dig og give det til din rival, David.
