1 Samuel 14:9

If they say to us, ‘Wait until we come to you,’ then we will stand in our place and not go up to them.

If they say thus unto us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up unto them.

If they [c]say to us, ‘Wait until we come to you’; then we will stand in our place and not go up to them.

Suppose they say to us, ‘Wait there until we come to you.’ Then we’ll stay where we are. We won’t go up to them.

If they say to us, ‘Wait there until we come to you,’ we will stay where we are and not go up to them.

If they say to us, “Wait there until we come to you,” we will stay where we are and not go up to them.

If they say to us, ‘Stay where you are or we’ll kill you,’ then we will stop and not go up to them.

فَإِنْ قَالُوا لَنَا: انْتَظِرُوا رَيْثَمَا نَأْتِي إِلَيْكُمْ. نَثْبُتُ فِي مَكَانِنَا وَلا نَتَقَدَّمُ نَحْوَهُمْ.

Wenn sie uns dann zurufen: ›Halt, keinen Schritt weiter! Wir kommen zu euch herunter‹, dann lassen wir unseren Plan fallen und gehen nicht weiter.

”Om de säger till oss: ’Stanna där ni är tills vi kommer till er’, så stannar vi och går inte upp till dem.
