1 Kings 8:46

“When they sin against You (for there is no man who does not sin) and You are angry with them and hand them over to the enemy, so that they are carried away captive to the enemy’s land, [whether] far away or near;

If they sin against thee, (for there is no man that sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captives unto the land of the enemy, far or near;

“Suppose your people sin against you. After all, there isn’t anyone who doesn’t sin. And suppose you get angry with them. You hand them over to their enemies. They take them as prisoners to their own lands. It doesn’t matter whether those lands are near or far away.

“When they sin against you—for there is no one who does not sin—and you become angry with them and give them over to their enemies, who take them captive to their own lands, far away or near;

وَإذَا أَخْطَأُوا إِلَيْكَ، إِذْ لَيْسَ إِنْسَانٌ لَا يَأْثَمُ، وَغَضِبْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَسْلَمْتَهُمْ لِلْعَدُوِّ فَسَبَاهُمْ آسِرُوهُمْ إِلَى دِيَارِ الْعَدُوِّ، بَعِيدَةً كَانَتْ أَوْ قَرِيبَةً.

Hilf ihnen, wenn sie im Gebiet ihrer Feinde zu dir beten und zu dem Land blicken, das du ihren Vorfahren gegeben hast, zu der Stadt, die du für dich erwählt hast, und zu dem Tempel, den ich für dich gebaut habe.
