1 Kings 3:6

Then Solomon said, “You have shown Your servant David my father great lovingkindness, because he walked before You in faithfulness and righteousness and with uprightness of heart toward You; and You have kept for him this great lovingkindness, in that You have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is today.

And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.

Solomon said, “You were extravagantly generous in love with David my father, and he lived faithfully in your presence, his relationships were just and his heart right. And you have persisted in this great and generous love by giving him—and this very day!—a son to sit on his throne. 7-8 “And now here I am: God, my God, you have made me, your servant, ruler of the kingdom in place of David my father. I’m too young for this, a mere child! I don’t know the ropes, hardly know the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of this job. And here I am, set down in the middle of the people you’ve chosen, a great people—far too many to ever count.

Then Solomon said, “You have shown great lovingkindness to Your servant David my father, according as he walked before You in [b]truth and righteousness and uprightness of heart toward You; and You have [c]reserved for him this great lovingkindness, that You have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.

Solomon answered, “You have been very kind to my father David, your servant. That’s because he was faithful to you. He did what was right. His heart was honest. And you have continued to be very kind to him. You have given him a son to sit on his throne this day.

Solomon answered, “You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart. You have continued this great kindness to him and have given him a son to sit on his throne this very day.

فَأَجَابَ: «لَقَدْ صَنَعْتَ إِلَى عَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ أَبِي رَحْمَةً وَاسِعَةً لأَنَّهُ سَلَكَ أَمَامَكَ بِأَمَانَةٍ وَصَلاحٍ وَاسْتِقَامَةِ قَلْبٍ، فَلَمْ تَحْرِمْهُ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ الْعَظِيمَةِ، وَرَزَقْتَهُ ابْناً يَخْلُفُهُ عَلَى عَرْشِهِ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ.

Salomon svarede: „Du har været umådelig god imod min far, fordi han var både trofast, retskaffen og oprigtig i sit forhold til dig. At du gav ham en søn til at følge ham på tronen er et udtryk for din trofasthed imod ham.

Salomo antwortete: »Schon meinem Vater David hast du sehr viel Gutes getan, weil er sein Leben ohne Vorbehalte in Verantwortung vor dir geführt hat und dir von ganzem Herzen treu gewesen ist. Sogar über seinen Tod hinaus hast du ihm deine Güte erwiesen, denn du hast einem seiner Söhne den Thron gegeben.

Salomón respondió:―Tú trataste con mucho amor a tu siervo David, mi padre, pues se condujo delante de ti con lealtad y justicia, y con un corazón recto. Y, como hoy se puede ver, has reafirmado tu gran amor al concederle que un hijo suyo le suceda en el trono.

Salomon répondit : Tu as témoigné une grande bienveillance à ton serviteur David mon père, parce qu’il vivait fidèlement selon ta volonté, de façon juste et avec un cœur droit. Tu lui as conservé cette grande bienveillance et tu lui as accordé un fils qui siège aujourd’hui sur son trône.

Nagsabat si Solomon, “Ginpakitaan mo sang dako nga kaayo ang akon amay nga si David, nga imo alagad, tungod kay matutom siya sa imo, matarong, kag husto ang iya pagkabuhi. Padayon mo nga ginpakita sa iya ang imo dako nga kaayo paagi sa paghatag sa iya sang isa ka anak nga amo ang nagbulos sa iya bilang hari subong.

그래서 솔로몬은 이렇게 대답하였다. “주께서는 주의 종 내 아버지 다윗에게 언제나 크신 사랑을 베푸셨습니다. 내 아버지께서 정직하고 진실하게 살며 주께 충성을 다하였으므로 주께서는 한결같은 은혜를 베푸셔서 오늘날처럼 왕위를 이을 아들을 그에게 주셨습니다.

Salomão respondeu: “Foste extremamente bondoso para com o teu servo David, meu pai, visto que ele foi honesto e fiel para contigo e obedeceu aos teus mandamentos. Confirmaste-lhe a tua bondade, dando-lhe um sucessor no trono.

– Tu ai arătat o mare îndurare[a] faţă de robul Tău David, tatăl meu, a răspuns Solomon, căci a umblat înaintea Ta în credincioşie, în dreptate şi în curăţie de inimă. Tu ai arătat această mare îndurare faţă de el şi i-ai dat un fiu care stă astăzi pe tronul său.

Salomo svarade: ”Du har visat stor nåd mot din tjänare David, min far, därför att han var trogen mot dig och rättfärdig och uppriktig i sitt hjärta. Du har fortsatt att visa samma stora nåd genom att ge honom en son som nu sitter på hans tron.

โซโลมอนกราบทูลว่า “พระองค์ได้ทรงสำแดงพระกรุณาอย่างยิ่งต่อผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์คือดาวิดเสด็จพ่อของข้าพระองค์ เนื่องจากเสด็จพ่อทรงซื่อสัตย์ต่อพระองค์ มีใจชอบธรรมและซื่อตรง และพระองค์ยังคงสำแดงพระกรุณาเดียวกันนี้ต่อเสด็จพ่อสืบมาจนถึงวันนี้ โดยให้บุตรคนหนึ่งครองราชบัลลังก์

所罗门说：“你的仆人——我父大卫本着诚实、公义、正直的心在你面前行事，你就向他大施恩慈，并且一如既往地以厚恩待他，让他儿子今天继承他的王位。

所 罗 门 说 ： 你 仆 人 ─ 我 父 亲 大 卫 用 诚 实 、 公 义 、 正 直 的 心 行 在 你 面 前 ， 你 就 向 他 大 施 恩 典 ， 又 为 他 存 留 大 恩 ， 赐 他 一 个 儿 子 坐 在 他 的 位 上 ， 正 如 今 日 一 样 。

所羅門說：「你的僕人——我父大衛本著誠實、公義、正直的心在你面前行事，你就向他大施恩慈，並且一如既往地以厚恩待他，讓他兒子今天繼承他的王位。
