Verse 1
These are the kings of the land whom the Israelites had defeated and whose territory they took over east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Gorge to Mount Hermon, including all the eastern side of the Arabah:

아르논 계곡에서부터 헤르몬산에 이르는 요단 동쪽의 땅은 이스라엘 백 성이 요단강을 건너기 전에 이미 점령하였고 또 그들은 거기서 두 왕을 죽였으며

Verse 2
Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon.

He ruled from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge—from the middle of the gorge—to the Jabbok River, which is the border of the Ammonites. This included half of Gilead.

그 중 하나가 헤스본에서 통치하던 아모리 왕 시혼이었다. 그의 영토는 아르논 계곡 변두리의 아로엘과 그 계곡 중앙에 있는 성에서부터 암몬의 경계선인 얍복강까지의 지역, 곧 길르앗 땅 절반과

Verse 3
He also ruled over the eastern Arabah from the Sea of Galilee[a] to the Sea of the Arabah (that is, the Dead Sea), to Beth Jeshimoth, and then southward below the slopes of Pisgah.

그리고 동쪽으로 아라바, 갈릴리 바다, 염해, 벧 – 여시못 일대와 남쪽으로 비스가산 기슭 일대의 땅이었다.

Verse 4
And the territory of Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaites, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei.

그리고 다른 한 왕은 바산 왕 옥이었다. 그는 르바족 최후의 생존자로 아스다롯과 에드레이에서 통치하였다.

Verse 5
He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salekah, all of Bashan to the border of the people of Geshur and Maakah, and half of Gilead to the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

그가 다스리던 영토는 헤르몬산에서부터 살르가와 바산의 전 지역과 그술과 마아가 사람의 경계선까지, 그리고 헤스본 왕 시혼의 영토와 접해 있는 길르앗 절반의 땅이었다.

Verse 6
Moses, the servant of the Lord, and the Israelites conquered them. And Moses the servant of the Lord gave their land to the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh to be their possession.

이스라엘군이 이들 두 왕과 그 백성을 죽이고 그 지역 일대를 점령하였을 때 여호와의 종 모세는 그 땅을 르우벤 지파와 갓 지파와 므낫세 지파 절반에게 주었다.

Verse 7
Here is a list of the kings of the land that Joshua and the Israelites conquered on the west side of the Jordan, from Baal Gad in the Valley of Lebanon to Mount Halak, which rises toward Seir. Joshua gave their lands as an inheritance to the tribes of Israel according to their tribal divisions.
여호수아와 이스라엘 백성이 레바논 계곡의 바알 – 갓에서부터 세일로 올라가는 할락산까지 요단 서쪽의 모든 왕들을 쳐죽인 다음에 여호수아는 이 땅을 이스라엘 각 지파에게 나누어 주었다.

Verse 8
The lands included the hill country, the western foothills, the Arabah, the mountain slopes, the wilderness and the Negev. These were the lands of the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. These were the kings:

그들이 분배받은 땅은 산간 지대와 저지대와 아라바와 경사지와 광야와 남쪽 네겝 지방이었다. 그리고 이 지역 일대에 살던 부족들은 헷족, 아모리족, 가나안족, 브리스족, 히위족, 여부스족이었다.

그리고 디르사 왕인데 이들은 모두 31명이었다.
