Ezekiel 37

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones.

He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.

Он повёл меня посреди них, и я увидел великое множество костей, лежавших в долине, и они были очень сухими.

He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”

Он спросил меня:

– Смертный, могут ли эти кости ожить?

Я ответил:

– Владыка Вечный, Ты один это знаешь.

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!

Тогда Он сказал мне:

– Пророчествуй этим костям и скажи им: «Сухие кости, слушайте слово Вечного!

This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath^[a] enter you, and you will come to life.

Так говорит этим костям Владыка Вечный: Я пошлю в вас дыхание^[a], и вы оживёте.

I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

Я прилажу к вам сухожилия, наращу на вас плоть и покрою кожей; Я вложу в вас дыхание, и вы оживёте. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я – Вечный».

So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone.

Я стал пророчествовать, как мне было велено. Когда я пророчествовал, раздался шум, постукивание, и кости начали сходиться – кость с костью.

I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.

Я видел, как на них появились сухожилия и плоть, и как их покрыла кожа, но в них не было дыхания.

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’”

Тогда Он сказал мне:

– Пророчествуй дыханию. Пророчествуй, смертный, и скажи ему: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Приди с четырёх ветров, о дыхание, и дохни на этих убитых, чтобы они ожили».

So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.

Я начал пророчествовать, как Он повелел мне, и в них вошло дыхание. Они ожили и встали на ноги, это несметное войско.

Then he said to me: “Son of man, these bones are the people of Israel. They say, ‘Our bones are dried up and our hope is gone; we are cut off.’

Тогда Он сказал мне:

– Смертный, эти кости – весь народ Исроила. Они говорят: «Наши кости высохли, и надежда исчезла. Пришёл наш конец».

Therefore prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them; I will bring you back to the land of Israel.

Поэтому пророчествуй и скажи им: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Мой народ, Я открою ваши могилы и подниму вас из них. Я приведу вас в землю Исроила.

Then you, my people, will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them.

И вы, Мой народ, узнаете, что Я – Вечный, когда Я открою ваши могилы и выведу вас из них.

I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’”

One Nation Under One King

Я вложу в вас Моё дыхание^[b], и вы будете жить, а Я поселю вас в вашей земле. Тогда вы узнаете, что Я, Вечный, сказал это и исполнил», – возвещает Вечный.

Объединение Иудеи и Исроила

The word of the Lord came to me:

Было ко мне слово Вечного:

“Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, ‘Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, ‘Belonging to Joseph (that is, to Ephraim) and all the Israelites associated with him.’

– Смертный, возьми деревянный брусок и напиши на нём: «Иудея и исроильтяне, что с ней в союзе». Потом возьми другой брусок, брусок Ефраима, и напиши на нём: «Юсуф и все исроильтяне, что с ним в союзе».

Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.

Приложи их один к другому, чтобы у тебя в руке они стали единым целым.

“When your people ask you, ‘Won’t you tell us what you mean by this?’

Когда твои соплеменники спросят тебя: «Не объяснишь ли нам, что это значит?» –

say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim’s hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah’s stick. I will make them into a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.’

скажи им: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Я возьму брусок Юсуфа и исроильских родов, что с ним в союзе (он в руке Ефраима), и приложу к бруску Иудеи, сделав из них один брусок, и в Моей руке они станут единым целым».

Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on

Держи перед глазами бруски, на которых ты сделал надпись,

and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land.

и скажи им: Так говорит Владыка Вечный: «Я выведу исроильтян из народов, к которым они ушли, соберу их отовсюду и приведу в их землю.

I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms.

В этой земле, на горах Исроила, Я сделаю их одним народом. У них будет один царь, и они не будут больше двумя народами и не разделятся впредь на два царства.

They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding,^[b] and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

Они больше не станут оскверняться ни идолами, ни гнусными истуканами, ни другими своими преступлениями. Я спасу их от всего их отступничества, в которое они впали,^[c] и очищу их. Они будут Моим народом, а Я буду их Богом.

“‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees.

Мой раб Довуд^[d] станет их царём, и у них у всех будет один пастух. Они будут следовать Моим законам и бережно исполнять Мои установления.

They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever.

Они будут жить в земле, которую Я отдал Моему рабу Якубу, в земле, где жили их предки. Они сами, их дети и дети детей будут жить там вечно, и Мой раб Довуд будет их правителем навеки.

I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.

Я заключу с ними соглашение мира; это соглашение будет вечным. Я утвержу их на их земле и умножу их число. Я поставлю Моё святилище среди них навеки.

My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people.

У них будет Моё жилище. Я буду их Богом, а они будут Моим народом.

Then the nations will know that I the Lord make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever.’”

И когда Моё святилище встанет среди исроильтян навеки, народы узнают, что Я, Вечный, очищаю Исроил».
