فَقَالَتْ رَاعُوثُ الْمُوآبِيَّةُ: «لَقَدْ طَلَبَ مِنِّي أَنْ أُلازِمَ عُمَّالَهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفُوا حَصَادَهُ».

„Han opfordrede mig faktisk til at komme tilbage og holde mig til hans høstfolk, indtil hele marken er høstet!” tilføjede Ruth.

Ruth erzählte weiter: »Boas hat mir angeboten, immer in der Nähe seiner Arbeiter die Ähren aufzulesen, bis die ganze Ernte eingebracht ist!«
