Romans 13:1

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God [granted by His permission and sanction], and those which exist have been put in place by God.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

1-3 Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it’s God’s order. So live responsibly as a citizen. If you’re irresponsible to the state, then you’re irresponsible with God, and God will hold you responsible. Duly constituted authorities are only a threat if you’re trying to get by with something. Decent citizens should have nothing to fear.

Ang matag usa kaninyo kinahanglan magmatinumanon sa mga nagadumala sa gobyerno, kay ang tanan nga panggobyerno gikan sa Dios ug ang mga tigdumala gibutang sa Dios sa ilang katungdanan.

על כל אדם לציית לשלטונות, כי אין שלטון שלא בזכות הסכמת אלוהים, והשלטונות הקיימים נקבעו על-ידי אלוהים.

上に立つ権威に従いなさい。神がお立てになった権威だからです。神によらない権威はどこにもありません。

누구든지 정부 당국에 복종해야 합니다. 모든 권력이 다 하나님에게서 나왔기 때문입니다.

Vær lojale mot myndighetene som styrer i landet, for de er innsatt av Gud. All myndighet har fått sin makt av Gud.[a]

Iedereen moet zich aan het gezag onderwerpen, want er is geen autoriteit die niet door God is ingesteld. Alle gezag komt van God.

Bądźcie posłuszni władzom sprawującym rządy. Każda władza pochodzi bowiem od Boga. Ci, którym podlegacie, również zostali więc powołani przez Niego.

Todos devem sujeitar-se às autoridades governamentais, pois não há autoridade que não venha de Deus; as autoridades que existem foram por ele estabelecidas.

Submetam-se todos aos poderes instituídos. Porque a autoridade que possuem é-vos concedida por Deus.

Orice persoană trebuie să se supună autorităţilor, pentru că nu există nici o autoritate care să nu fi fost instituită de Dumnezeu. Autorităţile care există au fost instituite de Dumnezeu.

Kila mtu hana budi kutii serikali inayotawala. Kwa maana hakuna mamlaka isiyotoka kwa Mungu; na serikali zote zilizopo zimewekwa na Mungu.

ทุกคนต้องยอมตนเชื่อฟังผู้มีอำนาจปกครอง เพราะไม่มีผู้ใดมีอำนาจเว้นแต่พระเจ้าได้ทรงสถาปนา ผู้มีอำนาจต่างๆ ที่มีอยู่ล้วนได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากพระเจ้า

人人都要服从政府的权柄，因为所有的权柄都是出于上帝。现存的政权都是上帝设立的。

在 上 有 权 柄 的 ， 人 人 当 顺 服 他 ， 因 为 没 有 权 柄 不 是 出 於 神 的 。 凡 掌 权 的 都 是 神 所 命 的 。

人人都要服從政府的權柄，因為所有的權柄都是出於上帝。現存的政權都是上帝設立的。
