Revelation 2:1

“To the angel (divine messenger) of the church in [a]Ephesus write:“These are the words of the One who holds [firmly] the seven stars [which are the angels or messengers of the seven churches] in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands (the seven churches):

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

Write this to Ephesus, to the Angel of the church. The One with Seven Stars in his right-fist grip, striding through the golden seven-lights’ circle, speaks: 2-3 “I see what you’ve done, your hard, hard work, your refusal to quit. I know you can’t stomach evil, that you weed out apostolic pretenders. I know your persistence, your courage in my cause, that you never wear out. 4-5 “But you walked away from your first love—why? What’s going on with you, anyway? Do you have any idea how far you’ve fallen? A Lucifer fall!“Turn back! Recover your dear early love. No time to waste, for I’m well on my way to removing your light from the golden circle.

“To the angel of the church in Ephesus write:The One who holds the seven stars in His right hand, the One who walks [a]among the seven golden lampstands, says this:

“Here is what I command you to write to the church in Ephesus.Here are the words of Jesus, who holds the seven stars in his right hand. He also walks among the seven golden lampstands. He says,

“To the angel[a] of the church in Ephesus write:These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands.

“Write this letter to the angel[a] of the church in Ephesus. This is the message from the one who holds the seven stars in his right hand, the one who walks among the seven gold lampstands:

اكْتُبْ إِلَى مَلاكِ الْكَنِيسَةِ فِي أَفَسُسَ: إِلَيْكَ مَا يَقُولُهُ الَّذِي يُمْسِكُ النُّجُومَ السَّبْعَ بِيَمِينِهِ وَيَمْشِي بَيْنَ مَنَائِرِ الذَّهَبِ السَّبْعِ:

“Isulat kini alang sa anghel nga nagabantay sa iglesia sa Efeso:“Mao kini ang giingon sa nagakupot sa pito ka bitoon sa iyang tuong kamot ug nagalakaw taliwala sa pito ka suga nga bulawan:

Představiteli efezského sboru napiš:Hovoří k vám ten, který je ve vašich sborech neustále činně přítomen a na němž jsou jejich představitelé plně závislí. 2-3 Vím o tom, co jste už vykonali a také o vaší usilovné práci. Jste vytrvalí, stateční a trpěliví, snášíte pro mne mnoho a neochabujete. Cením si toho, že jste se nenechali svést falešnými apoštoly, ale vyzkoušeli jste je a odhalili jejich lži. Dobře děláte, že jste ostře vystoupili proti zastáncům nevázaného života, který já také odsuzuji.

"את המכתב הראשון כתוב אל ראש[a] קהילת אפסוס."אלה דבריו של האוחז ביד ימינו את שבעת הכוכבים, והמתהלך בין שבע מנורות הזהב:

“Isulat mo ini para sa anghel nga nagabantay sa iglesya sa Efeso:“Amo ini ang ginasiling sang nagauyat sang pito ka bituon sa iya tuo nga kamot kag nagalakat sa tunga sang pito ka suga nga bulawan:

Anđelu[a] Crkve u Efezu napiši: 'Ovo govori Onaj koji drži sedam zvijezda u desnici, Onaj koji hodi između sedam zlatnih svijećnjaka:

Al responsabile della chiesa di Èfeso scrivi: Ecco che cosa ti dice colui che tiene le sette stelle nella sua destra e cammina in mezzo ai sette candelabri dʼoro. Egli ti dice:

エペソにある教会の指導者あてに、次のように書き送りなさい。『七つの教会を巡り、右手で七つの教会の指導者を支えておられる方が、こう言われます。

Skriv til engelen[a] for menigheten i Efesos:’Dette er budskapet fra ham som holder de sju stjernene i sin høyre hånd og går omkring blant de sju lysestakene av gull. Han sier til menigheten:

Predstavenému zboru v Efeze napíš:Ten, ktorý vo svojej pravici drží sedem hviezd a prechádza sa pomedzi sedem zlatých svietnikov, odkazuje vášmu zboru:

Skriv till budbäraren[a] för församlingen i Efesos: ’Så säger han som håller de sju stjärnorna i sin högra hand och går omkring bland de sju lampställen av guld:

“Kwa malaika wa kanisa la Efeso andika hivi: ‘Haya ni maneno ya yule aliyeshika nyota saba katika mkono wake wa kulia, na ambaye hutembea katikati ya vinara saba vya taa vya dhahabu.
