Numbers 27:16

“[b]Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation

Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

“May the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,

“Lord, you are the God who gives life and breath to all living things. Please put someone in charge of this community.

“May the Lord, the God who gives breath to all living things, appoint someone over this community

‘May the Lord, the God who gives breath to all living things, appoint someone over this community

“O Lord, you are the God who gives breath to all creatures. Please appoint a new man as leader for the community.

«لِيُقِمِ الرَّبُّ، إِلَهُ أَرْوَاحِ جَمِيعِ النَّاسِ، قَائِداً لِلشَّعْبِ،

„Herre, du som er livets ophav, jeg beder dig om først at udvælge en ny leder for folket,

»Herr, alles Leben ist in deiner Hand. Beruf doch einen Mann,

―Dígnate, Señor, Dios de toda la humanidad,[a] nombrar un jefe sobre esta comunidad,

Que l’Eternel, qui dispose du souffle de vie de toute créature, désigne un homme pour chef de la communauté,

‘Here, U bent de God die aan al wat leeft de levensadem schenkt, stelt U alstublieft een nieuwe leider aan over het volk.

“Que o Senhor, o Deus que a todos dá vida[a], designe um homem como líder desta comunidade

“Ó Senhor, Deus dos espíritos e doador da vida de toda a humanidade, peço-te que indiques um novo chefe para o povo,

– Fie ca Domnul, Dumnezeul duhurilor oricărui trup, să numească un om peste această adunare,
