Numbers 15:38

“Speak to the sons of Israel and tell them to make for themselves tassels on the hems of their garments throughout their generations, and put a cord of blue on the tassel of each hem.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:

“Speak to the sons of Israel, and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a cord of blue.

“Say to the Israelites, ‘You must make tassels on the corners of your clothes. A blue cord must be on each tassel. You must do it for all time to come.

“Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel.

“Give the following instructions to the people of Israel: Throughout the generations to come you must make tassels for the hems of your clothing and attach them with a blue cord.

«أَوْصِ شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَقُلْ لَهُمْ: اِصْنَعُوا عَلَى مَدَى أَجْيَالِكُمْ، أَهْدَاباً فِي أَذْيَالِ ثِيَابِكُمْ وَضَعُوا عَلَى هُدُبِ الذَّيْلِ خَيْطاً أَزْرَقَ.
