Nehemiah 8:6

Then Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God. And all the people answered, “Amen, Amen!” while lifting up their hands; and they knelt down and worshiped the Lord with their faces toward the ground.

وَبَارَكَ عِزْرَا الرَّبَّ الإِلَهَ الْعَظِيمَ، وَأَجَابَ الشَّعْبُ كُلُّهُ: «آمِين، آمِين» بِأَيْدٍ مَرْفُوعَةٍ. ثُمَّ أَكَبُّوا بِوُجُوهِهِمْ نَحْوَ الأَرْضِ سَاجِدِينَ لِلرَّبِّ.

Esra prisade Herren, den store Guden, och med upplyfta händer svarade allt folket ”Amen, amen!” De böjde sig ner och tillbad Herren med sina ansikten mot marken.
