Leviticus 13:4

If the bright spot is white on the skin of his body and does not appear to be deeper than the skin, and the hair on it has not turned white, the priest shall [b]isolate the person who has the infection for seven days.

If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:

Suppose the shiny spot on the skin is white but does not seem to be under the skin. And suppose the hair in the spot has not turned white. Then the priest must make the person stay away from everyone else for seven days.

If the shiny spot on the skin is white but does not appear to be more than skin deep and the hair in it has not turned white, the priest is to isolate the affected person for seven days.

وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنِ الْبُقْعَةُ الْبَيْضَاءُ غَائِرَةً عَنْ سَطْحِ الْجِلْدِ، وَلَمْ يَكُنِ الشَّعْرُ الْمَوْجُودُ فِيهَا قَدِ ابْيَضَّ، يَحْجُزُ الْكَاهِنُ الْمَرِيضَ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ،

Men hvis den hvide plet ikke går dybere end huden, og hårene ikke er hvide, skal præsten sætte personen i karantæne i syv dage.

Men om den vita fläcken inte tycks ha trängt djupare ner än till huden och håret på det angripna stället inte har vitnat, ska prästen hålla honom isolerad i sju dagar.
