Leviticus 12:5

But if she gives birth to a female child, then she shall be unclean for two weeks, as during her monthly period, and she shall remain [intimately separated] sixty-six days to be purified from the blood.

وَإِنْ وَلَدَتْ أُنْثَى فَإِنَّهَا تَظَلُّ فِي حَالَةِ نَجَاسَةٍ مُدَّةَ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ كَمَا فِي فَتْرَةِ الْحَيْضِ، وَتَبْقَى سِتَّةً وَسِتِّينَ يَوْماً حَتَّى تَتَطَهَّرَ مِنْ نَزِيفِهَا.

En kvinde, der føder en pige, skal regnes for uren ligesom under hendes menstruation, men dobbelt så længe, altså i 14 dage. Og derefter må hun ikke komme i nærheden af noget helligt i 66 dage.
