Judges 8:7

Gideon said, “For that [response], when the Lord has handed over Zebah and Zalmunna to me, I will thrash your bodies with the thorns and briars of the wilderness.”

And Gideon said, Therefore when the Lord hath delivered Zebah and Zalmunna into mine hand, then I will tear your flesh with the thorns of the wilderness and with briers.

Gideon said, “If you say so. But when God gives me Zebah and Zalmunna, I’ll give you a thrashing, whip your bare flesh with desert thorns and thistles!” 8-9 He went from there to Peniel and made the same request. The men of Peniel, like the men of Succoth, also refused. Gideon told them, “When I return safe and sound, I’ll demolish this tower.”

Gideon said, “[d]All right, when the Lord has given Zebah and Zalmunna into my hand, then I will [e]thrash your [f]bodies with the thorns of the wilderness and with briers.”

Gideon replied, “The Lord will hand Zebah and Zalmunna over to me. When he does, I’ll tear your skin with thorns from desert bushes.”

Then Gideon replied, “Just for that, when the Lord has given Zebah and Zalmunna into my hand, I will tear your flesh with desert thorns and briers.”

Then Gideon replied, ‘Just for that, when the Lord has given Zebah and Zalmunna into my hand, I will tear your flesh with desert thorns and briers.’

So Gideon said, “After the Lord gives me victory over Zebah and Zalmunna, I will return and tear your flesh with the thorns and briers from the wilderness.”

فَقَالَ جِدْعُونُ: «حَسَناً! عِنْدَمَا يَنْصُرُنِي الرَّبُّ عَلَيْهِمَا سَأَدْرُسُ بالنَّوَارِجِ لَحْمَكُمْ مَعَ أَشْوَاكِ الْبَرِّيَّةِ».

Da sagde Gideon: „Når Herren har udleveret Zeba og Salmunna til mig, vender jeg tilbage og slår jer alle sammen med ørkentjørne og tidsler.”

Gideon erwiderte: »Sobald der Herr die beiden Könige in meine Gewalt gegeben hat, werde ich euch mit Dornen und Disteln auspeitschen lassen!«

Gedeón contestó:―¡Está bien! Cuando el Señor haya entregado en mis manos a Zeba y a Zalmuna, os desgarraré a vosotros la carne con espinas y zarzas del desierto.

Då varnade Gideon dem: ”När Herren låtit oss få tag i dem, ska jag komma tillbaka och slita sönder er med törnen och tistlar från öknen!”

กิเดโอนจึงตอบว่า “ถ้าท่านกล่าวเช่นนี้แล้ว เมื่อองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงมอบกษัตริย์เศบาห์และกษัตริย์ศัลมุนนาไว้ในมือของเรา เราจะฉีกเนื้อพวกท่านด้วยหนามทะเลทราย”

基甸说：“好吧，耶和华把西巴和撒慕拿交在我们手中后，我必回来用荒野的荆棘抽打你们。”

基 甸 说 ： 耶 和 华 将 西 巴 和 撒 慕 拿 交 在 我 手 之 後 ， 我 就 用 野 地 的 荆 条 和 枳 棘 打 伤 你 们 。

基甸說：「好吧，耶和華把西巴和撒慕拿交在我們手中後，我必回來用荒野的荊棘抽打你們。」
