Judges 8:4

So Gideon came to the Jordan and crossed over [the river], he and the three hundred men who were with him—exhausted, yet [still] pursuing [the enemy].

And Gideon came to Jordan, and passed over, he, and the three hundred men that were with him, faint, yet pursuing them.

وَاجْتَازَ جِدْعُونُ وَرِجَالُهُ الثَّلاثُ مِئَةٍ نَهْرَ الأُرْدُنِّ وَقَدْ نَالَ مِنْهُمُ الإِعْيَاءُ مِنْ مُطَارَدَتِهِمْ لِلْعَدُوِّ.

Derpå satte Gideon over Jordanfloden med sine 300 mand, som ikke havde opgivet at forfølge fjenden, selv om de var trætte og udmattede.
