Judges 6:1

Then the Israelites did evil in the sight of the Lord; and the Lord gave them into the hand of Midian for seven years.

And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord: and the Lord delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.

1-6 Yet again the People of Israel went back to doing evil in God’s sight. God put them under the domination of Midian for seven years. Midian overpowered Israel. Because of Midian, the People of Israel made for themselves hideouts in the mountains—caves and forts. When Israel planted its crops, Midian and Amalek, the easterners, would invade them, camp in their fields, and destroy their crops all the way down to Gaza. They left nothing for them to live on, neither sheep nor ox nor donkey. Bringing their cattle and tents, they came in and took over, like an invasion of locusts. And their camels—past counting! They marched in and devastated the country. The People of Israel, reduced to grinding poverty by Midian, cried out to God for help.

Then the sons of Israel did what was evil in the sight of the Lord; and the Lord gave them into the hands of Midian seven years.

وَعَادَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ يَقْتَرِفُونَ الإِثْمَ فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ فَسَلَّطَ عَلَيْهِمِ الْمِدْيَانِيِّينَ سَبْعَ سَنَوَاتٍ.

Så begyndte Israelitterne igen at gøre, hvad der var ondt i Herrens øjne. Derfor udleverede Herren dem til midjanitterne, der tyranniserede dem i syv år.

やがてイスラエルの民は、またもや他の神々を拝み始めました。それで主は、敵を起こしてイスラエルを懲らしめたので、彼らはミデヤン人に七年間苦しめられることになりました。

이스라엘 백성이 다시 여호와께 범죄하였으므로 여호와께서는 그들을 7년 동 안 미디안 사람들의 지배를 받게 하셨다.

Maar de Israëlieten begonnen opnieuw andere goden te aanbidden en daarom leverde de Here hen uit aan hun vijanden. Deze keer waren dat de Midjanieten, onder wie zij zeven jaar lang zwaar te lijden hadden.

De novo os israelitas fizeram o que o Senhor reprova, e durante sete anos ele os entregou nas mãos dos midianitas.

Novamente o povo de Israel fez o que era mau aos olhos do Senhor, e mais uma vez o Senhor permitiu que os seus inimigos os castigassem. Desta vez foram os midianitas e durante 7 anos.
