Judges 16:29

Samson took hold of the two middle [support] pillars on which the house rested, and braced himself against them, one with his right hand and the other with his left.

وَقَبَضَ شَمْشُونُ عَلَى الْعَمُودَيْنِ الْمُتَوَسِّطَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ يَرْتَكِزُ عَلَيْهِمَا الْمَعْبَدُ وَضَغَطَ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا بِيَمِينِهِ وَعَلَى الآخَرِ بِيَسَارِهِ

Så stemte Samson armene imod de to bærende søjler midt i templet og bad:
