Judges 11:36

And she said to him, “My father, you have made a vow to the Lord; do to me as you have vowed, since the Lord has taken vengeance for you on your enemies, the Ammonites.”

And she said unto him, My father, if thou hast opened thy mouth unto the Lord, do to me according to that which hath proceeded out of thy mouth; forasmuch as the Lord hath taken vengeance for thee of thine enemies, even of the children of Ammon.

She said, “Dear father, if you made a vow to God, do to me what you vowed; God did his part and saved you from your Ammonite enemies.”

So she said to him, “My father, you have [l]given your word to the Lord; do to me [m]as you have said, since the Lord has avenged you of your enemies, the sons of Ammon.”

“My father,” she replied, “you have given your word to the Lord. So do to me just what you promised to do. The Ammonites were your enemies. And the Lord has paid them back for what they did to you.

“My father,” she replied, “you have given your word to the Lord. Do to me just as you promised, now that the Lord has avenged you of your enemies, the Ammonites.

‘My father,’ she replied, ‘you have given your word to the Lord. Do to me just as you promised, now that the Lord has avenged you of your enemies, the Ammonites.

And she said, “Father, if you have made a vow to the Lord, you must do to me what you have vowed, for the Lord has given you a great victory over your enemies, the Ammonites.

فَأَجَابَتْهُ: «لَقَدْ نَذَرْتَ نَذْرَكَ لِلرَّبِّ، فَافْعَلْ بِي كَمَا نَذَرْتَ، وَلاسِيَّمَا أَنَّ الرَّبَّ قَدِ انْتَقَمَ لَكَ مِنْ أَعْدَائِكَ بَنِي عَمُّونَ».

他女兒說：「父親啊，你既然向耶和華許了願，就照你許的願對待我吧！因為耶和華幫你打敗了敵軍亞捫人，為你報了仇。
