Joshua 7:13

Rise up! Consecrate the people and say, ‘Consecrate yourselves for tomorrow, for thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: “There are things under the ban among you, O Israel. You cannot stand [victorious] before your enemies until you remove the things under the ban from among you.”

Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.

“So get started. Purify the people. Tell them: Get ready for tomorrow by purifying yourselves. For this is what God, the God of Israel, says: There are cursed things in the camp. You won’t be able to face your enemies until you have gotten rid of these cursed things. 14-15 “First thing in the morning you will be called up by tribes. The tribe God names will come up clan by clan; the clan God names will come up family by family; and the family God names will come up man by man. The person found with the cursed things will be burned, he and everything he has, because he broke God’s covenant and did this despicable thing in Israel.” 16-18 Joshua was up at the crack of dawn and called Israel up tribe by tribe. The tribe of Judah was singled out. Then he called up the clans and singled out the Zerahites. He called up the Zerahite families and singled out the Zabdi family. He called up the family members one by one and singled out Achan son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah of the tribe of Judah.

“Get up! Command the people to purify themselves in preparation for tomorrow. For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Hidden among you, O Israel, are things set apart for the Lord. You will never defeat your enemies until you remove these things from among you.

قُمْ، وَاطْلُبْ مِنَ الشَّعْبِ أَنْ يَتَقَدَّسُوا لِيَوْمِ غَدٍ، لأَنَّهُ هَكَذَا قَالَ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: فِي وَسَطِكَ حَرَامٌ يَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، وَلَنْ تَتَمَكَّنُوا مِنْ هَزِيمَةِ أَعْدَائِكُمْ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْصِلُوا الْحَرَامَ مِنْ بَيْنِكُمْ.

立て。みなにこう告げよ。『各自、明日に備えて、自分を聖別しなさい。イスラエルの神である主がこう言われるからだ。だれかが主のものを盗んだ。この罪を取り除くまで、敵を破ることはできない。

起来吧！去吩咐民众洁净自己，让他们为明天洁净自己，因为以色列的上帝耶和华这样说，‘以色列啊！你们中间有本该毁灭的东西，你们不除掉这些东西就无法抵挡敌人。

你 起 来 ， 叫 百 姓 自 洁 ， 对 他 们 说 ： 你 们 要 自 洁 ， 预 备 明 天 ， 因 为 耶 和 华 ─ 以 色 列 的 神 这 样 说 ： 以 色 列 阿 ， 你 们 中 间 有 当 灭 的 物 ， 你 们 若 不 除 掉 ， 在 仇 敌 面 前 必 站 立 不 住 ！

起來吧！去吩咐民眾潔淨自己，讓他們為明天潔淨自己，因為以色列的上帝耶和華這樣說，『以色列啊！你們中間有本該毀滅的東西，你們不除掉這些東西就無法抵擋敵人。
