John 9:8

So the neighbors, and those who used to know him as a beggar, said, “Is not this the man who used to sit and beg?”

The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

Soon the town was buzzing. His relatives and those who year after year had seen him as a blind man begging were saying, “Why, isn’t this the man we knew, who sat here and begged?”

Therefore the neighbors, and those who previously saw him as a beggar, were saying, “Is not this the one who used to sit and beg?”

Los vecinos de aquel ciego, y los que le conocían de verle en la calle, se preguntaban: —¿No es éste el que se sentaba por aquí a pedir limosna?

na afoforo nso se ɛyɛ Elia anaa tete adiyifo no mu baako na wasɔre afi awufo mu aba.

فَتَسَاءَلَ الْجِيرَانُ وَالَّذِينَ كَانُوا يَرَوْنَهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ يَسْتَعْطِي: «أَلَيْسَ هَذَا هُوَ نَفْسَهُ الَّذِي كَانَ يَجْلِسُ لِيَسْتَعْطِيَ؟»

Miingon ang iyang mga silingan ug ang mga tawo nga nakakita kaniadto kaniya nga nagpakilimos, “Dili ba mao man kini ang tawo nga kaniadto nagpunay ug lingkod ug nagpakilimos?”
