Job 2:12

When they looked from a distance and did not recognize him [because of his disfigurement], they raised their voices and wept; and each one tore his robe [in grief] and they threw dust over their heads toward the sky [in sorrow].

And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.

وَإِذْ رَأَوْهُ مِنْ بَعِيدٍ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوهُ لِفَرْطِ مَا حَلَّ بِهِ، فَرَفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ بِالْبُكَاءِ، وَمَزَّقَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ جُبَّتَهُ وَذَرَّوْا تُرَاباً فَوْقَ رُؤُوسِهِمْ نَحْوَ السَّمَاءِ،

Da de kom til Job, kunne de næsten ikke genkende ham, så frygtelig så han ud. De brast i gråd, rev flænger i deres tøj og kastede støv op i luften.

Sang medyo malayo pa sila, nakita na nila si Job, kag daw indi nila siya halos makilala. Naghibi sila sing tudo kag gin-gisi nila ang ila mga bayo kag ginwisikan sang yab-ok ang ila mga ulo sa pagpakita sang ila kasubo.

Job was zo veranderd dat zij hem van een afstand nauwelijks herkenden. Luid huilend scheurden zij hun kleren en gooiden stof in de lucht om hun verslagenheid kenbaar te maken.
