Jeremiah 44:8

Why do you [deliberately] provoke Me to anger with the works (idols) of your hands, burning sacrifices and incense to [make-believe] gods in the land of Egypt, where you [of your own accord] have come to live [as temporary residents], that you might be cut off and become a curse and a disgrace [an object of taunts] among all the nations of the earth?

In that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works of your hands, burning incense unto other gods in the land of Egypt, whither ye be gone to dwell, that ye might cut yourselves off, and that ye might be a curse and a reproach among all the nations of the earth?

Why do you want to make me angry with the gods your hands have made? Why do you burn incense to the gods of Egypt, where you now live? You will destroy yourselves. All the nations on earth will use your name as a curse. They will say you are shameful.

Why arouse my anger with what your hands have made, burning incense to other gods in Egypt, where you have come to live? You will destroy yourselves and make yourselves a curse[a] and an object of reproach among all the nations on earth.

لِمَاذَا تُغِيظُونَنِي بِاقْتِرَافِ الإِثْمِ إِذْ تُحْرِقُونَ بَخُوراً لِآلِهَةِ أَصْنَامِ مِصْرَ الَّتِي هَاجَرْتُمْ إِلَيْهَا لِتَتَغَرَّبُوا فِيهَا، فَتَنْقَرِضُونَ وَتُصْبِحُونَ لَعْنَةً وَعَاراً بَيْنَ كُلِّ أُمَمِ الأَرْضِ؟

Her i Egypten, hvor I har slået jer ned, har I igen provokeret mig til vrede ved at lave nye afguder og ofre røgelse til dem. Derved har I fældet dommen over jer selv: I vil blive udryddet, og over hele verden vil man håne og forbande jer.

Mit euren Taten fordert ihr mich heraus. Auch hier in Ägypten, wo ihr Zuflucht gesucht habt, bringt ihr anderen Göttern Opfer dar. Wollt ihr wirklich ausgerottet werden, wollt ihr ein abschreckendes Beispiel sein, verhöhnt und verspottet von den anderen Völkern der Erde?

おまえたちは、エジプトへ来てまで偶像を拝み、香をたいて、わたしの怒りをかき立てている。だから、おまえたちを徹底的に滅ぼし、全世界の国々ののろいとし、きらわれ者とする。

너희가 어째서 너희 손으로 만든 우상으로 나의 분노를 일으키며 너희가 와서 사는 이 이집트 땅에서 다른 신들에게 분향함으로 멸망을 자청하여 온 세계에 저주와 치욕거리가 되려고 하느냐?

Want u wekt mijn toorn op met de afgodsbeelden die u hebt gemaakt en die u hier in Egypte aanbidt. U brandt reukwerk voor hen en dwingt Mij op die manier u volledig te vernietigen en u tot een vloek te maken, tot een mikpunt van spot onder alle volken op aarde.

你们为什么在埃及向别的神明烧香，惹我发怒，自招毁灭，成为天下万国咒诅和羞辱的对象呢？

就 是 因 你 们 手 所 做 的 ， 在 所 去 寄 居 的 埃 及 地 向 别 神 烧 香 惹 我 发 怒 ， 使 你 们 被 剪 除 ， 在 天 下 万 国 中 令 人 咒 诅 羞 辱 。

你們為什麼在埃及向別的神明燒香，惹我發怒，自招毀滅，成為天下萬國咒詛和羞辱的對象呢？
