Jeremiah 41:1

Now in the [a]seventh month Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the son of Elishama, of the royal family [of David] and one of the princes of the king, came [at the instigation of the Ammonites] with ten men to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam in Mizpah. As they were eating a meal together there in Mizpah,

Now it came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah the son of Elishama, of the seed royal, and the princes of the king, even ten men with him, came unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah; and there they did eat bread together in Mizpah.

1-3 But in the seventh month, Ishmael son of Nethaniah, son of Elishama, came. He had royal blood in his veins and had been one of the king’s high-ranking officers. He paid a visit to Gedaliah son of Ahikam at Mizpah with ten of his men. As they were eating together, Ishmael and his ten men jumped to their feet and knocked Gedaliah down and killed him, killed the man the king of Babylon had appointed governor of the land. وَفِي الشَّهْرِ السَّابِعِ أَقْبَلَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نَثَنْيَا بْنِ أَلِيشَامَاعَ، مِنَ النَّسْلِ الْمَلَكِيِّ، وَأَحَدُ قُوَّادِ الْمَلِكِ، إِلَى جَدَلِيَا بْنِ أَخِيقَامَ إِلَى الْمِصْفَاةِ، بِرُفْقَةِ عَشَرَةِ رِجَالٍ. وَبعْدَ أَنْ تَنَاوَلُوا الطَّعَامَ مَعاً فِي الْمِصْفَاةِ،
