Jeremiah 32:31

“From the day that they built it [during the reign of [e]Solomon], even to this day, this city has been such a provocation of My anger and My wrath, that I must remove it from My sight,

For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,

قَدْ أَجَّجَتْ هَذِهِ الْمَدِينَةُ، مُنْذُ بِنَائِهَا إِلَى هَذَا الْيَوْمِ، غَضَبِي وَغَيْظِي، وَدَفَعَتْنِي حَتَّى أَمْحُوَهَا مِنْ أَمَامِ وَجْهِي،

Alltsedan den här staden blev byggd och ända fram till idag har den retat mig och väckt min vrede, och därför måste jag utplåna den ur min åsyn
