Jeremiah 26:9

Why have you prophesied in the name of the Lord saying, ‘This house will be like Shiloh [after the ark of the Lord had been taken by our enemies] and this city [Jerusalem] will be desolate, without inhabitant’?” And all the people were gathered around Jeremiah in the [outer area of the] house of the Lord.

لِمَاذَا تَنَبَّأْتَ بِاسْمِ الرَّبِّ قَائِلاً: إِنَّ مَصِيرَ هَذَا الْهَيْكَلِ سَيَكُونُ كَمَصِيرِ شِيلُوهَ، وَهَذِهِ الْمَدِينَةُ تَصِيرُ خِرَباً مَهْجُورَةً؟». وَأَحَاطَ الشَّعْبُ كُلُّهُ بِإِرْمِيَا فِي بَيْتِ الرَّبِّ.

„Hvor vover du at profetere i Herrens navn, at hans tempel vil blive ødelagt ligesom helligdommen i Shilo, og at Jerusalem skal ødelægges, så ingen kan bo her?” Og folk stimlede sammen om mig foran Herrens hus.

»Wie kannst du im Namen des Herrn behaupten, dass es diesem Tempel wie dem Heiligtum in Silo ergeht und dass Jerusalem zerstört und menschenleer sein wird?« Im Nu war Jeremia auf dem Tempelvorplatz von einer großen Menschenmenge umringt.

「どんな権威があって、主がこの神殿をシロの神殿のように壊すなどと言うのか。エルサレムが破壊され、一人も生き残る者がいないとは、いったいどういうことか。」こうして騒ぎは大きくなり、だれもがエレミヤを攻撃しに、神殿へ押しかけました。

어째서 네가 여호와의 이름을 빌려 이 성전이 실로의 성막처럼 되고 이 성이 멸망하여 성 안에 살 사람이 없을 것이라고 예언하느냐?” 하고 외치며 모두 내 주위에 몰려들었다.
