Isaiah 37:22

this is the word that the Lord has spoken against him:“She has shown contempt for you and mocked you,The Virgin Daughter of Zion (Jerusalem);She has shaken her head behind you,The Daughter of Jerusalem!

This is the word which the Lord hath spoken concerning him; The virgin, the daughter of Zion, hath despised thee, and laughed thee to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem hath shaken her head at thee.

this is the word that the Lord has spoken against him:“She has despised you and mocked you,The virgin daughter of Zion;She has shaken her head behind you,The daughter of Jerusalem!

So here is the message the Lord has spoken against him. The Lord is telling him,“ ‘ “You will not win the battle over Zion. Its people hate you and make fun of you.The people of Jerusalem lift up their heads proudly as you run away.

وَهَذَا هُوَ رَدُّ الرَّبِّ عَلَيْهِ: هَا الْعَذْرَاءُ ابْنَةُ صِهْيَوْنَ قَدِ احْتَقَرَتْكَ وَاسْتَهْزَأَتْ بِكَ، وَهَزَّتِ ابْنَةُ أُورُشَلِيمَ رَأْسَهَا سُخْرِيَةً مِنْكَ.

Nu skal du høre, hvad han siger om kong Sankerib:Jerusalems indbyggere ryster på hovedet. Ja, Zions datter ler dig op i ansigtet.
