Isaiah 22:25

In that day,” declares the Lord of hosts, “the peg (Eliakim) that was driven into the firm place will give way; it will even break off and fall, and the burden hanging on it will be cut off, for the Lord has spoken.”

In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the Lord hath spoken it.

“And then the Day will come,” says God-of-the-Angel-Armies, “when that nail will come loose and fall out, break loose from that solid wall—and everything hanging on it will go with it.” That’s what will happen. God says so.

But the Lord of Heaven’s Armies also says: “The time will come when I will pull out the nail that seemed so firm. It will come out and fall to the ground. Everything it supports will fall with it. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

Maar de Here zal die steunpilaar die zo vast in de grond verankerd lijkt te zijn, eruit trekken! Hij zal losraken en omvallen en alles wat erop steunt, zal met hem vallen, want de Here heeft gesproken.

В отличие от Элиакима, Иосиф и пророк Даниил являются хорошим примером выполнения своих обязательств (см. Быт. 37; 39; 41:37-57; Дан. 6:1-3)..

万军之耶和华说：“到那日，牢牢钉在坚固之处的钉子必松动，被砍落在地上，挂在上面的东西必被除掉。这是耶和华说的。”

万 军 之 耶 和 华 说 ： 当 那 日 ， 钉 在 坚 固 处 的 钉 子 必 压 斜 ， 被 砍 断 落 地 ； 挂 在 其 上 的 重 担 必 被 剪 断 。 因 为 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。

萬軍之耶和華說：「到那日，牢牢釘在堅固之處的釘子必鬆動，被砍落在地上，掛在上面的東西必被除掉。這是耶和華說的。」
