Hebrews 11:4

By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which it was testified of him that he was righteous (upright, in right standing with God), and God testified by accepting his gifts. And though he died, yet through [this act of] faith he still speaks.

By an act of faith, Abel brought a better sacrifice to God than Cain. It was what he believed, not what he brought, that made the difference. That’s what God noticed and approved as righteous. After all these centuries, that belief continues to catch our notice. 5-6 By an act of faith, Enoch skipped death completely. “They looked all over and couldn’t find him because God had taken him.” We know on the basis of reliable testimony that before he was taken “he pleased God.” It’s impossible to please God apart from faith. And why? Because anyone who wants to approach God must believe both that he exists and that he cares enough to respond to those who seek him.

Abel had faith. So he brought to God a better offering than Cain did. Because of his faith Abel was praised as a godly man. God said good things about his offerings. Because of his faith Abel still speaks. He speaks even though he is dead.

It was by faith that Abel brought a more acceptable offering to God than Cain did. Abel’s offering gave evidence that he was a righteous man, and God showed his approval of his gifts. Although Abel is long dead, he still speaks to us by his example of faith.

بِالإِيمَانِ، قَدَّمَ هَابِيلُ لِلهِ ذَبِيحَةً أَفْضَلَ مِنْ تِلْكَ الَّتِي قَدَّمَهَا قَايِينُ. وَعَلَى ذَلِكَ الأَسَاسِ، شَهِدَ اللهُ بِأَنَّ هَابِيلَ بَارٌّ، إِذْ قَبِلَ التَّقْدِمَةَ الَّتِي قَدَّمَهَا لَهُ. وَمَعَ أَنَّ هَابِيلَ مَاتَ قَتْلاً، فَإِنَّهُ مَازَالَ الآنَ يُلَقِّنُنَا الْعِبَرَ بِإِيمَانِهِ.

Tungod sa pagtuo, naghalad si Abel ngadto sa Dios ug mas maayong halad kaysa kang Cain. Ug tungod sa iyang pagtuo giisip siya sa Dios nga matarong, kay gidawat sa Dios ang iyang halad. Busa bisan patay na si Abel may pagtulon-an gihapon siya nga gibilin kanato tungod sa iyang pagtuo sa Dios.

Vjerom je Abel prinio Bogu bolju žrtvu nego Kain. Bog je prihvatio Abelovu žrtvu kako bi pokazao da je on pravedan čovjek. Tako nam Abel, iako odavno mrtav, još govori zbog svoje vjere.

アベルが神の命令に従い、カインよりはるかに神に喜ばれる供え物をささげたのは、信仰があったからです。アベルの供え物が喜ばれたのは、神が彼の義（正しさ）を受け入れてくださったことの証明です。アベルははるか昔に死にましたが、今なお彼の信仰は大切なことを語っています。

믿음으로 아벨은 가인보다 더 나은 제사를 하나님께 드렸습니다. 하나님께서는 아벨이 믿음으로 드린 제물을 기꺼이 받으시고 그를 의로운 사람으로 인정해 주셨습니다. 그는 죽었지만 지금도 여전히 말을 하고 있습니다.
