Genesis 47:19

Why should we die before your eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land in exchange for food, and we and our land will be servants to Pharaoh. And give us seed [to plant], that we may live and not die, and that the land may not be desolate.” Result of the Famine

فَلِمَاذَا نَمُوتُ نَحْنُ، وَأَرْضُنَا أَمَامَ عَيْنَيْكَ، اشْتَرِنَا نَحْنُ وَأَرْضَنَا لِقَاءَ الْخُبْزِ فَنُصْبِحَ نَحْنُ وَأَرَاضِينَا عَبِيداً لِفِرْعَوْنَ. وَأَعْطِنَا بُذُوراً لِنَزْرَعَهَا فَنَحْيَا وَلا نَمُوتَ وَلا تَصِيرَ أَرَاضِينَا مُقْفِرَةً».

このままでは死ぬのを待つだけです。どうぞ、私どもと土地を買ってください。王様の農奴となりますから、食糧と引き換えにしてください。そうすれば生き延びられるし、土地を耕すこともできますから。」

求你不要让我们人死地荒。我们愿意用自己和我们的田地来换粮食，我们和我们的田地都归法老。求你给我们种子，我们好活下去，不致饿死，土地也不致荒废。”

你 何 忍 见 我 们 人 死 地 荒 呢 ？ 求 你 用 粮 食 买 我 们 的 我 们 的 地 ， 我 们 和 我 们 的 地 就 要 给 法 老 效 力 。 又 求 你 给 我 们 种 子 ， 使 我 们 得 以 存 活 ， 不 至 死 亡 ， 地 土 也 不 至 荒 凉 。

求你不要讓我們人死地荒。我們願意用自己和我們的田地來換糧食，我們和我們的田地都歸法老。求你給我們種子，我們好活下去，不致餓死，土地也不致荒廢。」
