Genesis 32:19

And so Jacob commanded the second and the third as well, and all that followed the herds, saying, “This is what you shall say to Esau when you meet him;

He also spoke to the second and third servants. He told them and all the others who followed the herds what to do. He said, “Say the same thing to Esau when you meet him.

وَأَوْصَى أَيْضاً بَقِيَّةَ السَّائِرِينَ وَرَاءَ الْقُطْعَانِ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْكَلامِ وَأَضَافَ:

skal I svare: ‚De tilhører din tjener Jakob og er en gave til hans herre, Esau. Han kommer selv bagefter.’ ”

Jakob gav samma instruktion till den andra och tredje tjänaren, och sedan till alla de andra som drev hjordarna. Alla skulle säga samma sak till Esau när de mötte honom.
