Genesis 15:17

When the sun had gone down and a [deep] darkness had come, there appeared a smoking [g]brazier and a flaming torch which passed between the [divided] pieces [of the animals].

And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.

وَعِنْدَمَا غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَخَيَّمَ الظَّلامُ (ظَهَرَ) تَنُّورُ دُخَانٍ وَمِشْعَلُ نَارٍ يَجْتَازُ بَيْنَ تِلْكَ الْقِطَعِ.

Da Abram vågnede, var solen gået ned, og han så noget som en rygende ovn eller en flammende fakkel passere midt imellem halvdelene af de døde dyr.
