Ezra 9:1

When these things were completed, the officials came to me and said, “The people of Israel and the priests and Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, but have committed the repulsive acts of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, and Amorites.

Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

1-2 After all this was done, the leaders came to me and said, “The People of Israel, priests and Levites included, have not kept themselves separate from the neighboring people around here with all their vulgar obscenities—Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians, Amorites. They have given some of their daughters in marriage to them and have taken some of their daughters for marriage to their sons. The holy seed is now all mixed in with these other peoples. And our leaders have led the way in this betrayal.”

Now when these things had been completed, the princes approached me, saying, “The people of Israel and the priests and the Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands, according to their abominations, those of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians and the Amorites.

After all these things had been done, the leaders came to me. They said, “The people of Israel have committed sins. Even the priests and Levites have sinned. They haven’t kept themselves separate from the nations around them. The Lord hates the practices of those nations. He hates what the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites and Jebusites do. He also hates what the Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians and Amorites do.

After these things had been done, the leaders came to me and said, “The people of Israel, including the priests and the Levites, have not kept themselves separate from the neighboring peoples with their detestable practices, like those of the Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Jebusites, Ammonites, Moabites, Egyptians and Amorites.

وَبَعْدَ أَنْ كَمَلَتْ هَذِهِ الأُمُورُ جَاءَنِي رُؤَسَاءُ الْيَهُودِ قَائِلِينَ: «إِنَّ شَعْبَ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَالْكَهَنَةَ وَاللّاوِيِّينَ مَا بَرِحُوا مُنْغَمِسِينَ فِي رَجَاسَاتِ أُمَمِ الأَرْضِ كَالْكَنْعَانِيِّينَ وَالْحِثِّيِّينَ وَالْفَرِزِّيِّينَ وَالْيَبُوسِيِّينَ وَالْعَمُّونِيِّينَ وَالْمُوآبِيِّينَ وَالْمِصْرِيِّينَ وَالأَمُورِيِّينَ، وَلَمْ يَنْفَصِلُوا عَنْهُمْ،

Kort tid efter kom Judas ledere til mig og fortalte, at folket og endda nogle af præsterne og levitterne ikke havde holdt sig adskilt fra de kana’anæere, hittitter, perizzitter, jebusitter, ammonitter, moabitter, egyptere og amoritter, som boede i landet, og at de havde antaget nogle af deres afskyelige skikke.

ところが、そんなある日、ユダヤ人の指導者たちが訪ねて来て、驚くべき報告をしました。ユダヤ人の中には、この地に移り住んだ異教徒のカナン人、ヘテ人、ペリジ人、エブス人、アモン人、モアブ人、エジプト人、エモリ人などの忌むべき風習に染まっている者が多くいるというのです。

Toen brachten de leiders van het volk mij een bezoek. 这 事 做 完 了 ， 众 首 领 来 见 我 ， 说 ： 「 以 色 列 民 和 祭 司 并 利 未 人 ， 没 有 离 绝 迦 南 人 、 赫 人 、 比 利 洗 人 、 耶 布 斯 人 、 亚 扪 人 、 摩 押 人 、 埃 及 人 、 亚 摩 利 人 ， 仍 效 法 这 些 国 的 民 ， 行 可 憎 的 事 。

這些事以後，眾首領來告訴我說：「以色列民眾、祭司和利未人還沒有與當地各族分開，他們仍隨從迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人和亞摩利人的可憎行為。
