Ezekiel 36:7

Therefore thus says the Lord God, ‘I have lifted up My hand and sworn [an oath] that the nations that are around you will themselves endure their [shameful] insults.

So the Lord and King says, “I raise my hand and make a promise. I promise that the nations around you will also be laughed at.

Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I swear with uplifted hand that the nations around you will also suffer scorn.

فَأَقْسَمْتُ أَنْ تَتَحَمَّلَ الأُمَمُ الْمُحِيطَةُ بِكُمْ عَارَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ.

Derfor lover jeg højtideligt, at de skal få igen med samme mønt.
