Ezekiel 31:18

“Which among the trees of Eden do you equal in glory and in greatness [O Egypt]? Yet you [also] will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the earth beneath (nether world). You will lie among the [d]uncircumcised (the barbaric, the boorish, the crude) with those who were slain by the sword. This is how it shall be with Pharaoh and all his hordes!”’ says the Lord God.”

To whom art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord God.

“‘Which of the trees of Eden came anywhere close to you in splendor and size? But you’re slated to be cut down to take your place in the underworld with the trees of Eden, to be a dead log stacked with all the other dead logs, among the other uncircumcised who are dead and buried.“‘This means Pharaoh, the pompous old goat.“‘Decree of God, the Master.’”

“To which among the trees of Eden are you thus [v]equal in glory and greatness? Yet you will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the earth beneath; you will lie in the midst of the uncircumcised, with those who were slain by the sword. So is Pharaoh and all his hordes!”’ declares the Lord God.”

“Which one of the trees of Eden can be compared with you? What tree is as glorious and majestic as you are? But you too will be brought down to the earth below. There you will join the trees of Eden. You will lie down with those who have not been circumcised. You will be among those who were killed by swords.“That is what will happen to Pharaoh and his huge armies,” announces the Lord and King.

“‘Which of the trees of Eden can be compared with you in splendor and majesty? Yet you, too, will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the earth below; you will lie among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword.“‘This is Pharaoh and all his hordes, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

“O Egypt, to which of the trees of Eden will you compare your strength and glory? You, too, will be brought down to the depths with all these other nations. You will lie there among the outcasts[d] who have died by the sword. This will be the fate of Pharaoh and all his hordes. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!”

مَنْ مَاثَلْتَ بَيْنَ أَشْجَارِ عَدْنٍ فِي الْمَجْدِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ؟ سَتَنْحَدِرُ إِلَى الأَرْضِ السُّفْلَى مَعَ أَشْجَارِ عَدْنٍ، وَتَرْقُدُ مَعَ الْغُلْفِ، مَعَ الْمَقْتُولِينَ بِالسَّيْفِ. هَذَا هُوَ مَصِيرُ فِرْعَوْنَ وَكُلِّ شَعْبِهِ، يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ».

Egypten, du er større og prægtigere end alle andre træer i Guds have, men du skal alligevel ende i graven som Assyrien og de andre. Du kommer til at ligge side om side med de folkeslag, du foragtede og besejrede i krig. Det er egypterkongens og hans folks skæbne, siger Gud Herren.”

Ägypten, noch bist du groß und wunderschön, womit kann ich dich vergleichen? Kein Baum im Garten Eden reicht an dich heran. Doch zusammen mit den anderen Bäumen wirst du hinabstürzen ins Totenreich. Dort liegst du mitten unter den unbeschnittenen Heiden, die im Krieg gefallen sind. Ja, so wird es dem Pharao und seinem ganzen Prunk ergehen! Darauf gebe ich, Gott, der Herr, mein Wort!«

Qui t’était comparable en gloire et en grandeur parmi tous les arbres d’Eden ? Et pourtant, te voici descendu avec eux au séjour souterrain pour être couché là au milieu des incirconcis, avec ceux qui ont été tués par l’épée. Tel sera le destin du pharaon et de son nombreux peuple, c’est là ce que déclare le Seigneur, l’Eternel.

Ako, ang Ginoong Dios, ang nagasiling sini.”

ああ、エジプトよ。おまえはエデンの木々、すなわち世界の国々の中で、その偉大さと栄光を誇っている。だが、他のすべての国々とともに地獄の穴に投げ込まれてしまう。おまえが見下していた国々のように、剣で切り殺されるのだ。」これがエジプト王とその大軍の運命だと、主は語ります。

“ ‘이집트야, 너는 에덴의 모든 나무, 곧 세계의 모든 나라 중에서 크고 영화스러웠다. 그러나 너는 에덴의 모든 나무들과 함께 지하에 내려갈 것이며 [b]칼날에 죽음을 당한 자들과 함께 네가 멸시하는 민족들 가운데 누울 것이다. 이것이 바로 너 바로와 네 백성의 운명이다. 나 주 여호와가 말하였다.’ ”

Och Egypte, uw glorie en pracht is groot onder de bomen van Eden, de volken van deze wereld. Serás atirado para o meio dos pagãos que foram mortos pela espada!É este o destino do Faraó e das multidões que constituem o seu povo, diz o Senhor Deus!”

Aşadar, Faraon, cu cine poţi fi asemănat tu printre copacii Edenului, în toată slava şi măreţia ta? Vilket av Edens alla träd kan du jämföras med i härlighet och majestät? Likafullt ska du störtas till jorden där nere, tillsammans med Edens träd. Du ska ligga där bland de oomskurna, bland dem som dödats med svärd. Så ska det gå för farao och hela hans här, säger Herren, Herren.’ ”

“‘伊甸园的树木中，谁能与你的威荣相比呢？然而你却要与伊甸园的树木一同下到阴间，躺卧在未受割礼的人当中，与被杀的人在一起。“‘这就是法老和他百姓的结局。这是主耶和华说的。’”

在 这 样 荣 耀 威 势 上 ， 在 伊 甸 园 诸 树 中 ， 谁 能 与 你 相 比 呢 ？ 然 而 你 要 与 伊 甸 的 诸 树 一 同 下 到 阴 府 ， 在 未 受 割 礼 的 人 中 ， 与 被 杀 的 人 一 同 躺 卧 。 法 老 和 他 的 群 众 乃 是 如 此 。 这 是 主 耶 和 华 说 的 。

「『伊甸園的樹木中，誰能與你的威榮相比呢？然而你卻要與伊甸園的樹木一同下到陰間，躺臥在未受割禮的人當中，與被殺的人在一起。「『這就是法老和他百姓的結局。這是主耶和華說的。』」
