Ezekiel 20:6

on that day I swore to them to bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had selected for them, [plentiful and] [a]flowing with milk and honey, [a land] which is an ornament and a glory to all lands.

فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ أَقْسَمْتُ لَهُمْ أَنْ أُخْرِجَهُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِ مِصْرَ إِلَى الأَرْضِ الَّتِي اسْتَكْشَفْتُهَا لَهُمْ، الَّتِي تَفِيضُ لَبَناً وَعَسَلاً، فَخْرِ كُلِّ الأَرَاضِي،

Ich verspreche, euch aus Ägypten herauszuführen und in ein Land zu bringen, das ich für euch ausgesucht habe. Es ist ein Land, in dem es selbst Milch und Honig im Überfluss gibt, das prächtigste weit und breit.‹

Då lovade jag dem med en ed att föra dem ut ur Egypten till ett land som jag hade sett ut åt dem, ett land som flödade av mjölk och honung, det härligaste av alla länder.
