Deuteronomy 29:26

For they went and served other gods and worshiped them, [false] gods whom they have not known and whom He had not allotted (given) to them.

وَغَوَوْا وَعَبَدُوا آلِهَةً أُخْرَى وَسَجَدُوا لَهَا، آلِهَةً غَرِيبَةً لَمْ يَعْرِفُوهَا وَلَمْ يُعْطِهَا الرَّبُّ لَهُمْ،

Derfor blussede Herrens vrede op imod dem, så han ramte dem med alle de plager, der er nævnt i denne bog.
