Deuteronomy 21:22

“And if a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death and [[c]afterward] you hang him on a tree [as a public example],

Suppose someone is put to death for a crime worthy of death. And a pole is stuck through their body and set up where people can see it.

If someone guilty of a capital offense is put to death and their body is exposed on a pole,

“If someone has committed a crime worthy of death and is executed and hung on a tree,[a]

إِنِ ارْتَكَبَ إِنْسَانٌ جَرِيمَةً عِقَابُهَا الإِعْدَامُ، وَنُفِّذَ فِيهِ الْقَضَاءُ وَعَلَّقْتُمُوهُ عَلَى خَشَبَةٍ،

Hvis en mand idømmes dødsstraf og efter henrettelsen hænges op på en træpæl,

Wenn ihr jemanden für ein Verbrechen hinrichtet und seinen Leichnam an einem Pfahl oder Baum aufhängt,

Als een man een misdaad heeft gepleegd waarop de doodstraf staat, ter dood is gebracht en opgehangen,

“Se um homem culpado de um crime que merece a morte for morto e pendurado num madeiro,

Quando alguém tiver cometido um crime digno de morte, se depois de executada a sentença for pendurado numa árvore,

Dacă un om care a săvârşit un păcat vrednic de moarte, a fost omorât şi l-aţi spânzurat[b] de un copac,

Om en man har begått ett brott som medför dödsstraff och hans döda kropp har hängts upp,

“如果有人犯了死罪，尸体被挂在木头上，

人 若 犯 该 死 的 罪 ， 被 治 死 了 ， 你 将 他 挂 在 木 头 上 ，
