Deuteronomy 13:4

You shall walk after the Lord your God and you shall fear [and worship] Him [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], and you shall keep His commandments and you shall listen to His voice, and you shall serve Him, and cling to Him.

Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

فَاتْبَعُوا الرَّبَّ إِلَهَكُمْ وَاتَّقُوهُ، وَأَطِيعُوا وَصَايَاهُ وَاسْمَعُوا صَوْتَهُ، وَاعْبُدُوهُ وَتَمَسَّكُوا بِهِ.

må I ikke følge hans opfordring, for det er Herren, jeres Gud, der gennem den frafaldne profet sætter jer på prøve for at se, om I virkelig elsker Herren med hele jeres sjæl og sind.

Hört nicht auf sie! Der Herr, euer Gott, stellt euch durch solche Menschen auf die Probe. Er will sehen, ob ihr ihn von ganzem Herzen und mit aller Hingabe liebt.

決してほかの神々を拝んではいけません。神の命令にだけ従い、神だけを頼りなさい。

Volg alleen de Here, uw God, en heb ontzag voor Hem, gehoorzaam alleen zijn geboden. Dien alleen Hem en houdt u aan Hem vast.
