Deuteronomy 1:16

“Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying, ‘Hear the matters between your brothers [your fellow countrymen], and judge righteously and fairly between a man and his brother, or the stranger (resident alien, foreigner) who is with him.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.

“Then I charged your judges at that time, saying, ‘Hear the cases between your [m]fellow countrymen, and judge righteously between a man and his [n]fellow countryman, or the alien who is with him.

Here is what I commanded your judges at that time. I said, “Listen to your people’s cases when they argue with one another. Judge them fairly. It doesn’t matter whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and an outsider living among you.

And I charged your judges at that time, “Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

And I charged your judges at that time, ‘Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

“At that time I instructed the judges, ‘You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions

وَأَمَرْتُ قُضَاتَكُمْ آنَئِذٍ قَائِلاً: اسْتَمِعُوا إِلَى الْخُصُومَاتِ النَّاشِبَةِ بَيْنَ إِخْوَتِكُمْ وَاقْضُوا بِالْعَدْلِ بَيْنَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّ وَأَخِيهِ أَوْ بَيْنَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّ وَالنَّزِيلِ.

Jeg indprentede dem, at alle skulle være lige for loven, også de fremmede, og at de skulle lade begge parter komme til orde og derefter dømme retfærdigt.

当然ですが、いつでも、だれに対しても、たとえ外国人でも決して差別をせず、あくまで正しくふるまうように言いました。

“Naquela ocasião ordenei aos seus juízes: Atendam as demandas de seus irmãos e julguem com justiça, não só as questões entre os seus compatriotas mas também entre um israelita e um estrangeiro.

Jag förmanade era domare: ”Lyssna på era bröder och var rättvisa, såväl i tvister mellan bröder som i tvister med en utlänning.

我吩咐这些官员要聆听案件，公正地审理同胞之间或与外族人之间的诉讼，

当 时 ， 我 嘱 咐 你 们 的 审 判 官 说 ： 你 们 听 讼 ， 无 论 是 弟 兄 彼 此 争 讼 ， 是 与 同 居 的 外 人 争 讼 ， 都 要 按 公 义 判 断 。
