2 Samuel 24:14

Then David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for His mercies are great, but do not let me fall into the hands of man.” Pestilence Sent

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the Lord; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

David told Gad, “They’re all terrible! But I’d rather be punished by God, whose mercy is great, than fall into human hands.” 15-16 So God let loose an epidemic from morning until suppertime. From Dan to Beersheba seventy thousand people died. But when the angel reached out over Jerusalem to destroy it, God felt the pain of the terror and told the angel who was spreading death among the people, “Enough’s enough! Pull back!”The angel of God had just reached the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. David looked up and saw the angel hovering between earth and sky, sword drawn and about to strike Jerusalem. David and the elders bowed in prayer and covered themselves with rough burlap.

Then David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Let us now fall into the hand of the Lord for His mercies are great, but do not let me fall into the hand of man.” Pestilence Sent

David said to Gad, “I’m suffering terribly. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord. His mercy is great. But don’t let me fall into human hands.”

David said to Gad, “I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”

David said to Gad, ‘I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands.’

“I’m in a desperate situation!” David replied to Gad. “But let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great. Do not let me fall into human hands.”

فَأَجَابَ دَاوُدُ: «قَدْ ضَاقَ بِي الأَمْرُ، وَلَكِنْ خَيْرٌ لِي أَنْ أَقَعَ فِي يَدِ الرَّبِّ، لأَنَّ مَرَاحِمَهُ كَثِيرَةٌ مِنْ أَنْ أَقَعَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ إِنْسَانٍ».

„Det er et frygteligt valg,” sukkede David. „Men det er bedre for os at være prisgivet Herren, for hans nåde er stor. Lad mig ikke være prisgivet mennesker.”

David entgegnete: »Ich habe große Angst. Aber ich will lieber dem Herrn als den Menschen in die Hände fallen, denn er ist sehr barmherzig.«

David répondit à Gad : Je suis dans un grand désarroi ! Ah ! tombons plutôt entre les mains de l’Eternel, car ses compassions sont grandes ; mais que je ne tombe pas entre les mains des hommes !

Nagsabat si David kay Gad, “Nabudlayan gid ako magpili. Maayo pa nga ang Ginoo na lang ang magsilot sa amon sang sa mga tawo, kay maluluy-on ang Ginoo.”

그러자 다윗은 이렇게 대답하였다. “내 입장이 정말 난처하게 되었소. 하 지만 나는 사람에게 벌을 받고 싶지는 않소. 여호와께서는 자비로우신 분이 시니 여호와께서 직접 벌하게 하시 오.”

David werd vreselijk bang en zei: ‘Het is beter in handen van God te vallen, want zijn genade is groot, dan in de handen van mensen.’

Davi respondeu: “É grande a minha angústia! Prefiro cair nas mãos do Senhor, pois grande é a sua misericórdia, a cair nas mãos dos homens”.

“É uma decisão muito difícil”, respondeu David. “É melhor cair nas mãos do Senhor, porque grande é a sua misericórdia, do que nas mãos dos homens.”

– Sunt într-o mare strâmtorare, i-a răspuns David lui Gad. Mai bine să cădem în mâna Domnului, căci mila Lui este nemărginită, decât să cad în mâinile oamenilor!

И Давуд сказал Гаду:– Мне очень тяжело. Пусть лучше я попаду в руки Вечного, ведь Его милость велика, но не дай мне попасть в человеческие руки!

Давид сказал Гаду:– Мне очень тяжело, но пусть мы впадем в руки Господа, ведь Его милость велика, но не дай мне попасть в человеческие руки.

”Jag är i stor vånda”, sa David till Gad. ”Låt mig falla i Herrens händer, för Herrens barmhärtighet är stor. I människors händer vill jag inte falla.”

ดาวิดตรัสตอบกาดว่า “เราลำบากใจมาก แต่ขอตกอยู่ในอุ้งพระหัตถ์ขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าดีกว่าตกอยู่ในเงื้อมมือของมนุษย์ เพราะพระเมตตาคุณของพระองค์ใหญ่หลวงนัก”

大卫说：“我实在为难！不过我宁愿落在耶和华的手中，也不愿落在人的手中，因为耶和华有无限的怜悯。”

大 卫 对 迦 得 说 ： 我 甚 为 难 ！ 我 愿 落 在 耶 和 华 的 手 里 ， 因 为 他 有 丰 盛 的 怜 悯 。 我 不 愿 落 在 人 的 手 里 。

大衛說：「我實在為難！不過我寧願落在耶和華的手中，也不願落在人的手中，因為耶和華有無限的憐憫。」
