2 Samuel 19:15

So David returned and came to the Jordan. And [supporters from] Judah came to Gilgal to meet the king, to escort him across the Jordan.

So the king returned, and came to Jordan. And Judah came to Gilgal, to go to meet the king, to conduct the king over Jordan.

The king then returned and came as far as the Jordan. And Judah came to Gilgal in order to go to meet the king, to bring the king across the Jordan.

فَرَجَعَ الْمَلِكُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الأُرْدُنَّ، فَتَوَافَدَ رِجَالُ يَهُوذَا إِلَى الْجِلْجَالِ لاِسْتِقْبَالِهِ وَالْعُبُورِ بِهِ نَهْرَ الأُرْدُنِّ.

På den måde fik David Judas ledere over på sin side, og de vedtog, at David igen skulle være deres konge. De bad ham derfor komme tilbage til Jerusalem sammen med alle sine folk.

Kungen vände då tillbaka och kom till Jordan. Men redan när han kom till Gilgal vid Jordanfloden, möttes han av männen från Juda som kommit för att föra honom över floden.
